Switching things up for a minute!! Here is a great summer recipe that I thought I would share!!
Apple Salad
Dice up 4 apples
Add 1-20oz can of crushed Pineapple (include the juice)
1-1oz pkg of sugar free pudding (butterscotch, vanilla or whatever flavor you would like)
1-8oz container of fat free whip topping
Mix all together and refrigerate for about and hour. Then serve and enjoy!
